Since March 2020, Marcos Frangos has been the Holistic counsellor with the Natural Practice applying his training and background in person-centred and family constellations counselling, working with individuals, couples and groups.
Following the closure of the Natural Practice at the end of March 2025, Marcos is continuing to practice independently and offer a continuation of care. Marcos and some of his colleagues will continue to offer parallel-track support to clients, in the spirit of integrating a range of approaches to best support your needs.
What Marcos offers
Individuals: relationship problems, chronic health issues, bereavement, burn out, stress; front line NHS careers, change. redundancy, career transitions, anxiety and depression, men at mid-life, trans-generational health patterns or traumas.
Price: £70 per session - 50 minutes
Couples: relationship problems, co-parenting, separation, divorce, patchwork families; life transitions, mixed-heritage partnerships/families
Price: £160 per session - 90 minutes

Working with organisations
Organisational change and transformation
I offer organisational constellations online and in person, to help take a systemic look at projects, or organisational change. See a recent example here
Alongside working in organisational change I have trained as a facilitator of systemic constellations in both family and organisational settings
My passion is releasing human potential in organisations, using constellations and other tools to navigate and lead through increasing complexity
