Welcome and thank you for your interest.

All things are connected, and this year feels like a year of transition and deepening to me. My wish is that we take gentle and more conscious steps, honouring what’s sacred in all aspects of life and nourishing our communities wherever we encounter them.

My Holistic counselling practice is growing, I see individuals and couples in the UK and Netherlands, in most cases working hybrid. I work holistically on psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions of life. You can read more about this through my blogs and client testimonials.

I’m continuing to enjoy and deepen my Coaching with Know You More a leading digital coaching service that delivers coaching at scale, including a social mobility initiative ‘Level-Up’ - free coaching sessions to young adults to provide the skills, behaviours and confidence to make their impact in the World.

And finally, ‘Kolimbri’ the company that my wife, Niki and I established in 2023 continues to thrive.
